      If I got to watch the livestream of Cruz getting dragged away by ICE with a slow zoom in on his face I might actually die with a smile on mine

    “The Trump administration argues that the common view of citizenship is wrong, asserting that children of noncitizens are not “subject to the jurisdiction” of the United States and therefore are not entitled to citizenship.”

    So if children of noncitizens are not “subject to the jurisdiction” of the US, then they cannot be detained, deported, or held accountable to any of our laws. Can’t have it both ways dummies.
