Shit, these billionaires are terrified of their mortality. It’s why people like him and Peter Thiel try so hard to fund ways for themselves to extend their lives as much as possible.

Maybe it’s because all of their greed will be for nothing when they die, as they can’t keep accruing and spending their wealth after death.

Maybe they hate that they’re just as mortal as us filthy poors, and no matter how much money they throw at it, and no matter how much they think of themselves as Different™, they’re eventually going to close their eyes forever, just like everyone else.

I’m sure there have been foiled plans, but they’ve kept it under wraps to not bring any wider attention to that idea. Given everything he did last year, I’m 99.99% sure someone has at least planned it. That’s why he was wearing his meat shield aka his child on his shoulders everywhere.
