Following that incident, airlines and TSA began asking passengers to voluntarily remove their shoes when going through security.

Voluntarily?? When was it ever voluntary?

Well, I mean, it was a choice; but for most of us who did want to fly that day, we chose the option they wanted.

Also, don’t call the cancer box a cancer box to TSA. You may get the gung ho loser who needs to shout rebuttals at top volume while you now just hope you’re gonna fly today.

One failed terrorist caused millions of passengers to have to stand on the nasty fucking floor where every other motherfucker is standing in their socks (or not) and now 25 years later we can leave our shoes on in selected airports.

    The Jihadists definitely won.

So that asshole is still alive, sitting in ADX in Florence, CO

Too late, they already so effectively killed the idea I would rather ride cross country getting a root canal in a van and from a dentist high on meth, and the roads starting to get rough.

That’s much preferable to what we call air travel today.

I was already keeping them on because ei paid $100 and stated my name to tsa once to get the mickey mouse fast pass*

*except every time I fly through Texas where, just like the McDonald’s ice cream machine, multipass is closed today
