    So, similar to the non-conforming clothing bill that was changed to be obscene clothing because the former was blatantly unconstitutional (although I’m surprised they didn’t want the fight).

    Except that was targeted at everyone (specifically drag, but all ages) where this targets kids. So I’m guessing the argument is “child abuse”.

      The amount of “think of the children” hand-wringing they do to push authoritarian behaviour while their ‘moral guidance’ figures are found to be paedophiles is just ridiculous.
