Feels like news headlines are just competing for maximum cognitive dissonance. I guess that’s how you make a profit these days.

It’s not un American. It’s inhuman.

There’s no feud. This is just the general type of cognitive dissonance you get when you combine relentless hateful messaging with the fact that the moneyed class don’t believe any of it. Cheap labor is obviously more important, so the propaganda people will keep up the hate/fear, while perhaps there won’t be quite as many round-ups as we thought.

Edit: Feel the need to add I think these headlines depicting “fueds” are obnoxiously disingenuous.

One might also want to consider the possibility that this is not the shooter or he is a patsy. Not that you shouldn’t support them in any of these cases. Just be aware as this [word like shitshow but that doesn’t do it justice] develops.

I wouldn’t be against a site wide ban on the word ‘slam.’

That is… unadulterated plain and simple clear as day election interference. If I didn’t know better I’d say our whole system is in collapse.

I’m gonna agree with varik here. I’ve noticed a deliberate contingent of “pro-Palestinian” who are clearly siphoning votes from Harris. They seem to be targeting naive leftists and Midwest Muslims, and they always intentionally obfuscate just how much more brutal and awful Trump would be.

While I certainly subscribe to Hanlon’s Razor, there’s definitely indications that some people think that causing additional suffering before death is wholly righteous. As though said inflicted suffering serves any real purpose beyond their fantasy. Very primitive, yet very human.

If done properly it should be completely painless and almost unnoticeable. I have a feeling they’re fucking these up on purpose.
