Definitely, and that’s why hard/strict laws or rules can be dangerous. Much like the famous “I know it when I see it” judgment on obscenity.
You’d think, but they’re literally cutting like mad men. And it looks like people are already noticing, Wisconsin just went blue for the judge and Florida got surprisingly close to flipping (if you look at the numbers it seems that Republicans were turning out in numbers to vote blue).
I mean look at the stock market, customer sentiment, etc. Everything is pointing down and we haven’t started to see the unemployment that’s going to be brought on from all the government layoffs and attempts to rescind grants/contracts.
I think the next jobs report is going to be painful and we won’t see anything positive economically for a while after that.
The biggest issue with this line of thinking is, how do you prove it’s CP without a victim. I suppose at a certain threshold it becomes obvious, but that can be a very blurry line (there was a famous case where a porn star had to be flown to a court case to prove the video wasn’t CP, but can’t find the link right now).
So your left with a crime that was committed with no victim and no proof, which can be really easy to abuse.
Edit: This is the case I was thinking of - https://nypost.com/2010/04/24/a-trial-star-is-porn/
Refactoring a code base is kinda like general maintenance for the application. Over time deprecated features, temp fixes, etc. start to be a lot of the code base. By cleaning things up you can make it more maintainable, efficient, etc.
That being said, for systems this large you usually fix up parts of it and iterate over time. Trying to do the whole code base is hard cause it’s like replacing the engine while the car is in motion.
I’ve been to that museum. It is extremely bizzare with a bunch of real penises from all sorts of animals (and people) floating in jars. The facts on all the plaques are kinda fun, but many of the penises are in questionable state.
Also the museum was started by someone who was randomly gifted a whip made from a bulls penis. That kicked off a weird fascination and he started both collecting and being gifted more and more until he figured they might as well open a museum.

I mean, it’s only been 2 months. 9% drop vs 5% gain is a 14% shift from expected. That’s impressive, and Trump administration is just getting started.
I think that’s an okay use - https://grammarist.com/usage/forecast-forecasted/
But grammar is not my strong suit.
I think the issue is they hit market saturation and haven’t been able to develop any real revenue streams beyond the sale of devices (which is one time cost while maintenance and development constantly drain them of any profit).
I suspect the increased enshitification is because they need other revenue streams. Just take a look at their stock price and it doesn’t paint a great picture for them.
I think if you give it a month or two that number is going to change significantly. Most people haven’t really started to feel/see the consequences of his actions yet, and there is a bit of a lag.
Sadly the US system is not designed to oust the president that easily. It would be a first if Trump was removed from office due to the impeachment process, removing the prime minister is a much lower bar.
I think you mean green Mario
Or Alternatively, those places keep going up in flames and aren’t suitable for humans. Like a bunch of flood zones or the coasts. At a certain point it may not be reasonable to insure a place.
Exactly this, Biden wasn’t better health wise but surrounded himself with competent people.
Right now we have a fox news host leading defense, an anti-Vax moron handling a measles outbreak, a wrestling tycoon killing our education system, and more.
Haha given Kevin Sorbos went down a similar path, this is pretty fitting.
Tarrifs are a tax, they are going up, and it’s a sales tax which are commonly regressive (hit lower income families more).
Skyrim
SteamOS is still the main OS. I’ve just got a microsd for dual booting. I feel like a ROG Ally would be a downgrade at that point.
If you don’t play on PC at all, a steamdeck will open you up to a whole new world of opportunity with games that are really cheap.
