Ticketmaster is one of those companies that is so aggressively anti-consumer that it deserves the corporate death penalty. There is just nothing redeeming about it.

I am hopeful but seriously the Trumpers are so invested in the cult I think they would justify anything. If they completely destroy social security and medicare leaving 3/4 of Trump voters completely fucked I think they would justify it to themselves that it is just a sacrifice for the greater good. Sure they can no longer afford to eat or buy meds but the new Jesus said it is for the best.

I am sure this “nurse” will do everything in it’s power to keep you from talking to an expensive real human. It will have a very soothing voice while extracting as much value from you as possible after it examines the insurance you have.

A human can at least spot an obvious error and correct it in the system. An AI would just double down and apologize for any inconvenience in a very comforting voice with words statistically proven to lower a customers frustration level.

AI controlling our lives with no humans to plead your case to is like something out of Black Mirror. I am not looking forward to this bleak dystopian future.

Games is still what keeps me on the absolute shit show that is Windows. Proton has come a long way in solving this problem but there are still enough issues especially with new games that I have to have a Windows partition.

Windows in general is just fucking hostile to use. Everything they do now just seems like they are spitting in your face and laughing at you.

Now that games run so well on Linux I have pretty much shut down windows in it’s entirety from my life. It has been a long time coming and it feels great!

I keep a Windows partition around for special cases but I have not had to use it in a long time. Starfeild will probably force me into it for the first time in a long time. The whole Windows experience is insulting to anyone with any self respect. It has not always been this way.

As a fellow owner of a floofer how do you deal with the hair mats? She will let me shave her butt which takes care of of the mats in the back and the dingleberries but she will not let me get at the ones under her legs.
