It was interesting to see all the mainstream outlets suddenly talking about extrajudicial killings in Gaza like they haven’t spent the last 2 years cheerleading for an extrajudicial genocide in Gaza. The articles are all meant to present an implicit message - “look at how scary and violent these Arab barbarians are. This is what happens when you let them run their own country instead of killing them all”.

It’s pure racism. Decades of propaganda has trained people to see violence by Muslims as different from violence from other groups. People here have no issue with Ukraine torturing and executing Russian collaborators, but when Arabs do it they’re seen as violent savages who’ve been hypnotized into ultra-violence by their primitive religion.

Why would you ever expect the American media to report this issue accurately? Supporting endless oil wars is bipartisan in America. With the Gaza Genocide at a detente, they need a new meat grinder as an excuse to pump defense industry stocks full of more government money.

Better yet, look into the arrest of Tom Alexandrovich. He’s a pedophile who was arrested in Las Vegas last August for soliciting a 15 year old and DHS let him escape the country because he’s an Israeli with ties to Netanyahu.

Venezuela’s petroleum deposits are oil sands, very deep underground under old growth rainforest. I dont get why the government is blocking sending the whales to China tho. A few facts to keep in mind in the coming weeks regarding this deal:

• All of the “hostages” are really prisoners of war, everyone currently in Hamas captivity was an active duty IDF soldier captured from military bases in Israel or taken captive while in Gaza as they were committing genocide.

• Hamas has offered to release all the hostages in exchange for a full ceasefire since October 11, 2023

• Israel is an illegal genocidal apartheid regime that’s committed to annexing and ethnically cleansing all Palestinian land, and as such will likely try to scuttle this peace deal and blame Hamas.

Fundamentally, elections were designed to be a peaceful alternative to the peasantry revolting against the government and beheading their king. As Americans come to grip with the reality that their elections are meaningless, their politicians are bought and their only alternative to fascism is fascism-lite with a pride pin (no trans ppl allowed though) this attitude will continue to fester.
