What does thos mean? Not quite clear.
The same team are mods in multiple communities.
Maybe it will help your recruitment if you list the communities.

How much moderation is needing to take place?
1 or 2 hours total activity per day would be sufficient :) occasional inactivity would be fine as long us you let us know beforehand.
I’ve only been on Lemmy a few days but I’ve modded nearly 150 subs in my time. I’m not sure I’m ready to commit to moderating on lemmy yet, but I’m thinking about it.
