    That question is way too general. First, try turning it off and back on.

    Medical problems - ask a doctor

    Emotional problems - ask a really good and not judgemental friend.

    Technical problems - YouTube is pretty good for those, if there is nobody you can ask.

    Without more information: by knowing yourself. Understand your needs and then you can search for the roots of them.

        It’s not very meaningful as a general question. To answer it, I could just say “yes“. What I mean is it would be very different if you mean a medical problem, an interpersonal conflict, a personal quandary, a psychological problem, difficulty achieving something you want, an academic problem…

    reverse engineer them? somehow your problems are affecting your life, or they wouldn’t be problems.
    what parts of your life are affected and how?
    once you find one of those parts, try to follow the steps back to what causes you grief. that’s your problem.
