When i was a kid, my friend and i would take a bus from Canada to the US to go hang out at the hockey arena to get autographs on our hockey cards. We took a bus. Went through customs. (All we needed back then was a birth certificate.) Walked through a notoriously bad area to get to the arena. Hung out for hours. And returned home safely. We were 10.
