Trying to keep vegans from being seen as lunatics actually 100% helps animals, encouraging that thought does the opposite. Defending reasonable vegans is not all I do either, but given your knack for mental gymnastics I think this conversation has reached its end. I also like how you’re implying that beating myself up is what would convince me (which it hasn’t made me vegan or helped me in any other way, nor has it done so for anyone else either), but education would not be as effective.
