I have never wished a man dead, but I have read some obituaries with great pleasure.

You can throw your rock, and hide your hand Working in the dark against your fellow man But sure as God made black and white What’s done in the dark will be brought to the light

You can run for a long time Sooner or later God’ll cut you down

Could have done so much good in SC as an out gay man. Didn’t.

Yeah he could have retired and come out, tried to make the worst people in SC more tolerant of specifically white cis gay men. But even that basic decency escaped him.

Never let it be said that he ever found a moral choice difficult, for he spent his whole life choosing to do the wrong and cowardly thing without question.

that’s the point of the sentence

some passing (going though the world) makes the world better

others passing (death) is what makes the world a better place.

A brief and sudden illness describes ricin poisoning, I speculate wildly in the knowledge that Graham recently supported a sanctions package against Russia, a nation notorious for silencing dissidents with ricin.

The article said: “A preliminary examination by the DC Medical Examiner has determined the possible cause of death for longtime Senator Lindsey Graham to be aortic dissection due to arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease, officials said Sunday.”. Read the article people, or at least the first paragraph 😄

I was elected to speculate wildly, not read.

But, yeah, aortic dissection is a bitch. There isn’t really anything you can do about it unless you happen to be near a surgery suite that is expecting you.
