What are all of these data centers for? Do they really need hundreds of data centers? Are they going to build a bunch of data centers and half sit unused or underutilized?
The AI ruse that fooled the greedy gigacapitalists, you mean? The perfect optical ‘justification’ for devastating a workforce and liquidating functioning businesses to enrich the management and owner class, you mean? The one you will soon claim failed because it was everyone else’s fault rather than your over-eager gullability in endorsing the digital snake oil to beign with? At risk you say?!

Does it? They just build them anyways or sneak their way into it without letting the public know its happening. Maybe if we actually start firebombing them or something it will stop it, but currently the opposition isn’t effective

The “AI boom” concept doesn’t make sense to me. What do they think we need the “AI” for? I find that I don’t need it for anything, and as I’m “being left behind” without using it, I still wonder what they think I should need it for.
In my experience the “AI” chatbots are useful for people who don’t know how to do anything. But I’ve spent my life learning how to do everything I ever wanted to learn how to do, so I just don’t need that.
