Our dog is a rescue from South Korea and seemed to be from a dog farm, as well as our friends dog was for sure rescued from a dog meat producer. They have a different view of what is acceptable eating animals in the East compared to West. So a random dog in a field seems like easy prey.

Nah, I don’t think people on a bike stealing a dog care if it was a pet or not.
