Would submitting a criminal complaint against Trump and his administration too the ICC for war crimes be a waste of time?

    And there is a US law on the books, if I recall that is commonly referred to as the “Hague Invasion Act”. They’ll literally send troops if the ICC ever tries to take a US politician or high-ranking civil service member into custody.
