Also I do the baby-voice at the start of the video. I literally can’t turn it off. If there is an animal in touching distance it’s like a switch that flips. I’m not going to apologize but I figured I’d warn you.

I attached it to the collar with a bread tie. Hopefully it stays on long enough for the owner to see it.

With her being so friendly, she has to be someone’s cat. But it’s possible it’s maybe an elderly or disabled person’s cat and they can’t really care for her.
I’m glad you were able to help her. That paw looked bad.

My experience has been that adult cats who spend a lot of time outdoors don’t adjust well to being fully forced to stay inside.
That’s probably a lot of her being restless. But it’s definitely risky to let your cat wander around outside.
High risk of getting hit by a car.
We also know there are bad people out there who hurt animals just because they can.
