A deal to end the 41-day government shutdown is running into turbulence, thanks to a single Senate objection: Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.).       Do you really think I need someone with zero experience in my industry to explain to me what is going on as if Im a child? The fact is most of the people drinking less aren’t doing so because cannabis is available as when surveyed most cite costs and health as their reasons.
