Well, they weren’t working anyway. China currently has full access to the US network with no ability to fix the situation beyond ensuring all content is encrypted and over LTE.
They can’t even get the telecoms to stop phone number spoofing.

it doesn’t matter, our insurance company has more strict requirements. all it ever is for FCC, CISA, NIST, etc is someone “attesting” that we meet requirements
We looked into the matter ourselves and we deem ourselves to meet these criteria, no follow-up necessary.
