Considering Trump cut USAID and the EU is following in his footsteps when it pertains to aid now, this should be interesting to see and by interesting I mean tragic.
My hot take is that they don’t want them to rebuild. They want these countries to be in dire need for a country to swoop in and buy them. That is some high value locations there.
