Do drug cartels let the US and other countries "catch" their shipments? Like the US caught 1 billion of drugs over here while we ship 6 billion worth of drugs over there?

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.
