I live in Ohio in the US and it seems like some of the trees around here have started turning colors way earlier than normal. Is it from the wildfires? I feel like I’m taking crazy pills.

In Texas they’re just dying. No rain in over 60 days where I’m at, plus triple digit records being set weekly.

Ohioan here, I agree. There’s some starting to turn at the tops and it feels like it’s at least 6 weeks early.

I have a maple in my front yard that the leaves started turning brown in early July.

It seems weird, but I think getting hit by a truck mad it forget what month it was.

Getting hit by a truck might have made it forget to keep living. Brown leaves don’t sound like a good sign.
