The hilarious thing about Stonetoss is that the artist clearly has a finger on the pulse and keys in on some really gnarly American impulses to be horrible. But then he throws on a smirk and says “This is good, aktuly” in the last panel, just to remind you that he’s an absolute piece of shit.
I feel like thats just how it is to talk to conservatives. Like they get so close and then at the very last second they take a hard left and blame minorities somehow

Which always confused me. As far as conserving resources and promoting a stable and healthy society goes, it seems to be a leftist thing.
All I’ve ever seen out of “the right” in my lifetime is the exact opposite. From “drill baby drill” to the “still waiting on wmds out of Iraq” to alienating and pissing off large segments of the population with performative bigotry (I know their views cause real harm, I just mean that their motivation seems to be to perform, read whine, rather than actually trying to solve problems) .
The right, Republicans that is, always seem to be waiting in the wings to piss kerosene on the fire. I mean what are these people actually conserving?
The status quo, although these days it’s turned more “reactionary” than “conservative”
