Dammit. Just as I was about to upgrade.

Oh man I just picked up a floor model base M4 mini for $600 CAD in April. I already thought that was a good deal since they were retailing for $800 new. Now I see they’re selling for $1100. Yikes! I dodged a bullet. Hopefully this machine gets me through the bubble.

I’m due for a laptop refresh at work in a couple months. Used to happen every 3 years when the warranty ended, but they extended it 6 months because of price increases. The irony here is not lost upon me. I hope they don’t extend it another 6 months. Or cheap out on the specs. Or both.
