When Trump inevitably dies, all of these trumpers will talk about how they didn’t like him and thought he was a tyrant. Don’t let them. They necessarily have to be removed from our society.

In the immediate aftermath of losing to Biden in 2020, the conservatives on Reddit moaned about how bad Trump was and how he did a terrible job. The same people voted for him then and again in 2024. They know all these things about it, but they like it and want it.

I hate to break it to you, but if you send 30% of Americans to the death squads you are now the problem.

I understand where the confusion came from. I’m talking about the people in the article, which I guess were CPB not ICE but there isn’t much difference between the two, neither follow the law.

Edit: dang you’re taking an unfair beating for talking about a subthread instead of the article when the discussion was clearly ambiguous lol

Can we pweeese at least fill up alligator Alcatraz to 2x capacity with the voters? There’s gotta be some kind of poetic justice. If 30% of the country sees these deportations as legal and just then I don’t see why they shouldn’t be happy to receive them.

Lots of Trump supporters are happy to admit they don’t like him as a person (he’s not “churchy”) but they like what he’s doing (supporting Christian nationalism).
