A 20-year-old man has become the first Ugandan to be charged with "aggravated homosexuality", an offence punishable by death under the country's recently enacted anti-gay law, prosecutors and his lawyer said.

    This is terrible but, out of curiosity how gay does someone have to be for it to be aggravated? Im thinking in like US law terms terms like…

      Why? It’s a start. It shows Uganda that the USA is reviewing how they help the country. If they have aid pulled from this, it can very much affect. Also they have sanctions in place for some already it seems.
