Bullies aren’t usually the best people to negotiate peace between a bully and a victim who is standing up to them.

Putin never intended to end that war without a complete surrender of Ukraine.

Trump loses then.

This was such a favorable deal for Russia thst if they did infact want peace it would have been an easy decision.

But they want to conquer Europe, so this doesn’t work.
